The Neck Correct was designed initially to re-balance the head and improve spinal curvature and has demonstrated great effectiveness in that regard. In addition to curve restoration, The unit is an excellent rehab tool to relax overworked and fatigued neck and upper back muscles after a long day of computer work and to strengthen those areas post-injury. Those with arthritic necks, radicular pain or considering spinal surgery often find pain relief and increased mobility with its use.
Like all exercise equipment, the Curve Restorer or Neck Correct should be used judiciously. Exercises should begin slowly and with just a few repetitions to gauge the user’s response, gradually increasing the number of exercises and repetitions performed over time. Those with acute or severe neck pain should avoid its use until their pain is reduced through proper therapy. If any adverse effects should be encountered, use of the device should be discontinued and a knowledgeable health care practitioner consulted.
